abandoned like in iran-energy- since time humans settled in different part of the earth God has bestowed blessings upon each of them so can live and build a beautiful world throughout history energy has always been the primary and central force of human life. Iran possesses the third-largest reserves of oil and the second-largest reserves of natural gas globally as non-renewable energy sources. Notably, the Pars South Complex holds 14 trillion cubic meters of gas and 17 billion barrels of gas condensate, accounting for 8% of the world's gas reserves and 50% of Iran's gas reserves. This field stands as the largest gas field globally in terms of material resources and is a crucial national economic asset. Additionally, the 9 refineries in Abadan, Isfahan, Bandar Abbas, Tabriz, Tehran, Shazand, Shiraz, Kermanshah, and Lavan play a fundamental role in supplying fuel for public transportation, households, and industries. Iran heavily relies on fossil fuel resources, which contribute to over 98% of its energy production. However, recent investments in renewable and atomic power plants have led to changes in this share. Due to its proximity to the equator, Iran can harness solar energy for at least 300 days a year. In 2023, utilizing these resources resulted in a 5.5% increase in electricity production, a 5.4% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, and water conservation. In 2023, solar and wind power plants generated over 11,000 megawatts of electricity, contributing to the protection of natural resources and fostering a green economy for future generations.
